I just signed up for a subscription. What happens next?

Your subscription will begin with the month you selected to start. If you selected the current month, kit(s) will be mailed shortly after payment clears. If you selected next month, kit(s) are shipped between the 7th and 10th of that next month.

I have a 1-kit subscription. How do I select my kit each month?

It is your responsibility to select a kit each month.

•  Go to the Store and click on the Subscribers Only button on the left.
•  Select the kit you would like to receive, and proceed to checkout.
•  DO NOT pay for your selection. Select “kit selection/addon orders only”. Once checkout has been completed, your selection will be sent to us, with no payment being made by you.

Kit Selections for the next month must be made by the end of the current month—e.g., select the May kit by the end of April. If a monthly kit is not selected by that time, Coordinates Collections will determine randomly which kit you will receive .

Can I buy items from the store and have them shipped with my monthly kit?

Store merchandise may be purchased at any time during the month and shipped with your next monthly kit(s). You may place many orders during the month. All orders must be placed by the end of the month to be shipped with the next month's kit(s). When checking out, make sure to select “kit selection/addon orders only” as your form of payment. Doing this allows the order to reach us without payment being made by you.

Each time you place an order in the store, a shipping charge will be calculated and shown on the order.  Please disregard the shipping charge for all addon orders.  At the end of the month, all orders will be added to your monthly kit order and actual shipping will be calculated for the combined order.  If the combined total of all orders is over $75, the you will receive Free Shipping!

Once the month ends, we will total all items to be sent with your kit and charge your card the additional amount on the 5th with your monthly billing payment. All extra items and the monthly kit(s) will be shipped between the 7th and 10th of the month.

Where can I find layout ideas for my monthly kit?

The layouts and projects created by our talented Design Team are displayed on the Kit Ideas page as well as the Gallery. Any questions you have regarding our kits can be answered on our Message Board by the Design Team and other fellow scrappers.

I need to update my billing/shipping information. How do I do this?

The “My Account” section of the store allows you to change your shipping information, BUT we also need you to notify us via email regarding the change of address.
Billing changes will need to be done in the store securely. E-mail us regarding the procedure for changing billing information due to new credit card numbers, expiration dates, change of address, etc.

What day of the month is my credit card billed?

Initial subscriptions are billed at the time of checkout from the store. Thereafter, members are billed each month on the 5th.

What day of the month is my monthly kit shipped?

Kits are shipped between the 7th and 10th of each month. These shipping dates give us adequate time to resolve member billing issues and 2-3 days to pack and ship out a large volume of kits. Please allow adequate time for your kit to ship during holidays and weekends.

What are your shipping policies?

Coordinates Collections charges actual shipping to the US. International orders are charged actual shipping plus a small handling fee to cover additional costs for shipping overseas.

We do our best to get orders out quickly; however, during kit shipping between the 7-10 of each month, it may take 2-3 days to get orders out. You can check the progress of your order in the CC Store by clicking the ‘My Account’ link. Once your order has been shipped, the order will show a ‘shipped’ status. Please email us if you would like to know the tracking number for your order.

**Please note that we are not responsible for orders that have been confirmed as delivered by the postal service as that is proof that we have sent the order and USPS has delivered it to the shipping address.

US Orders over $75 receive FREE shipping! International orders over $75 receive a discount up to $8.95.

All orders are inspected and checked before shipping to ensure accuracy and that the product is in excellent condition. Although rare, sometimes we do make mistakes. Please let us know if you find an error in your order.

Actual Shipping Rates:

Shipping is calculated based on your location and package weight. The average weight of our monthly kits is 1 pound each.  E-mail us for shipping rates to other international locations.

Flat Rate boxes are wonderful for larger orders as they have 20 lb weight limits.  It is to your benefit to take advantage of these boxes if you are planning a large order, or a shared order.  You can now ship heavier items and large amounts of paper for fair and fast shipping rates.   Please note that there are a few items or combination of items that will not fit in these boxes due to their size.   The dimensions of the box are 12" x 14" x 3.5".

Priority Mail:

1 pound anywhere in the US, APO, Guam and Puerto Rico = 4.80
2 pounds in the US (determined by location) = 5.05 to 8.25

First Class International:

1 pound to Canada = 8.00
2 pounds to Canada = 12.00
1 pound to all other countries = 16.00
2 pounds to all other countries = 23.0

Priority Flat Rate:

US, APO, Guam and Puerto Rico = 9.80 or 12.95 for large box
over 4 pounds to Canada = 25.00
over 4 pounds to all other countries = 40.00

If I don't like either kits offered one month, what should I do?

We always want our members to be happy with their purchase. Should you decide to skip a month, please select that option when you submit your Kit Selection in the Store. Your credit card will not be charged for that month, and your subscription will be extended another month. Please note that Kit Selections, including the option to skip, must be made by the end of the current month for next month's kit. Our billing process is automated due to the large volume of memberships we bill each month. Requests to skip that are received after this date will be processed for the following month. You are allowed 1 skip per 3 month subscription and 2 skips per 6 month subscription. Currently, we do not accept returns or issue refunds after your kit has already been purchased, unless it is due to an error on our part.

Do you offer gift subscriptions?

We sure do! There is an option in the store to select “Gift” for each type of subscription. You may choose monthly billing or prepay the subscription. You can also allow the recipient to choose which kit they would like to receive each month if you purchase the 1-kit option. Upon receipt of your payment, we will send a card to the recipient with your message.

When is your website updated each month?

The website changes are made on the first day of each month. At that time you will be able to see the full kit picture and list of contents for the current month as well as the preview pictures for the next month. At 10 am MST on the 1st of each month, the kit selections and addons will be available for preorders.
