Coordinates Collections offers two kits each month that include the latest products from your favorite manufacturers! They are assembled and coordinated with you in mind! We do all the work of picking and choosing the perfect mix of cardstock, patterned papers, embellishments, stamps and other unique treasures!
Our monthly kits will be revealed and available for purchase in the Store on the 1st of each month. We will release our kits and addons at 10:00 a.m. MST on the 1st day of the month. Sneak peeks will be revealed in advance on the Blog and Forum so check back often to see what is coming soon.
• Choose the subscription option of your choice: 3 month, 6 month or Autoship.
• Choose to begin with the current month or next month.
• 1-kit subscribers will then select the kit you would like to receive for this month and next month. (Select ‘none' for the current month if you chose to begin next month.)
• Other store items and addons may be added to your order and will ship with your kit. Additional products selected during the purchase of subscriptions beginning next month can either be held to ship with your kit, or be shipped right away. Advise us of your preference in the comments section at checkout by indicating "HOLD" or "SHIP". If you would like items to ship before the kit, we will add appropriate shipping costs to your next monthly billing payment.
• Payment information must be received with your initial order by selecting either CREDIT CARD or PAYPAL at checkout . Cards are not charged until orders are ready to ship. Paypal payments are processed immediately upon checkout.
• If your subscription begins with the current month, your kit(s) and other items will be shipped once payment has been processed and cleared, usually within a few days. If your subscription begins next month, your card will not be charged until the 5 th of that month. If you paid via Paypal, the payment made at the time of the order will be applied to the first month's kit.
• The following kits for the remainder of your subscription will ship between the 7th and 11th of each month.
• Thereafter, your card will be charged on the 5th of each month, or you will receive a Paypal request, for the remainder of your subscription for the kit price, actual shipping charges and sales tax for UT residents only.
• When your subscription has expired, you will receive a notice with your last kit. If you want to renew, simply email and let us know. 3 and 6 month subscriptions do NOT automatically renew.
Monthly kits are selected one month in advance! It is your responsibility to select a kit each month. Only 1 kit-per-month subscribers need to select a kit each month:
• Go to the CC Store and click on the Subscriber Kit Selection.
• Select the kit you would like to receive, and proceed to checkout.
• DO NOT pay for your selection. Select “kit selections and addon orders only”.
• Complete checkout and be sure your order was processed by clicking the 'my account' link. If your order is not there, then it was not processed or received by us.
Kit Selections for the next month must be made by the end of the current month—e.g., select the May kit by the end of April. If a monthly kit is not selected by that time, Coordinates Collections will determine randomly which kit you will receive.
All store merchandise may be purchased at any time during the month and shipped with your next monthly kit(s). Items must be selected by the end of the month to be shipped with the next month's kit(s). When checking out, be sure to select the “kit selection/addons only” option. Doing this allows the order to reach us without payment being made by you at that time.
As a monthly kit subscriber, you are either on an automatic recurring billing program that charges your card on the 5th of each month, or you are sent a request for payment via Paypal each month. Once the month ends, we will total all your additional orders to be sent with your kit and request payment for the entire order or charge your card the total amount on the 5th with your monthly billing payment. All extra items and the monthly kit(s) will be shipped between the 7th and 10th of the month. If your order before shipping is $75, including the cost of the monthly kit, then you will receive FREE SHIPPING!
Coordinates Collections charges actual shipping to the US. International orders are charged actual shipping plus a small handling fee to cover additional costs for shipping overseas.
We do our best to get orders out quickly; however, during kit shipping between the 7-10 of each month, it may take 2-3 days to get orders out. You can check the progress of your order in the CC Store by clicking the ‘My Account’ link. Once your order has been shipped, the order will show a ‘shipped’ status. Please email us if you would like to know the tracking number for your order.
**Please note that we are not responsible for orders that have been confirmed as delivered by the postal service as that is proof that we have sent the order and USPS has delivered it to the shipping address.
US Orders over $75 receive FREE shipping! International orders over $75 receive a discount up to $8.95.
All orders are inspected and checked before shipping to ensure accuracy and that the product is in excellent condition. Although rare, sometimes we do make mistakes. Please let us know if you find an error in your order.
Actual Shipping Rates:
Shipping is calculated based on your location and package weight. The average weight of our monthly kits is 1 pound each. E-mail us for shipping rates to other international locations.
All international orders are now shipped by air methods. The post office has removed the option of shipping by surface (sea). Global First class mail is similar to the old air letter post. Delivery time varies by location, but since the items are going by air they should be to their destination in 10-14 days average. Please be aware that this may be a bit longer in some cases. Global First class mail has a weight limit of 4 lbs.
Flat Rate boxes are wonderful for larger orders as they have 20 lb weight limits. It is to your benefit to take advantage of these boxes if you are planning a large order, or a shared order. You can now ship heavier items and large amounts of paper for fair and fast shipping rates. Please note that there are a few items or combination of items that will not fit in these boxes due to their size. The dimensions of the box are 12" x 14" x 3.5".
Priority Mail:
1 pound anywhere in the US, APO, Guam and Puerto Rico = 4.60
2 pounds in the US (determined by location) = 4.90 to 7.50
First Class International:
1 pound to Canada = 5.56 plus handling
2 pounds to Canada = 9.16 plus handling
1 pound to Europe = 12.00 plus handling
2 pounds to Europe = 18.40 plus handling
1 pound to AU, JP, MY, AN, NZ, PH, BN, BR = 11.55 plus handling
2 pounds to AU, JP, MY, AN, NZ, PH, BN, BR = 17.35 plus handling
Priority Flat Rate:
US, APO, Guam and Puerto Rico = 8.95
over 4 pounds to Canada = 23.00 plus handling
over 4 pounds to all other countries = 37.00 plus handling
