CC Challenge #3 - Alright, who left the copy machine jammed?

Postby carabecca » Thu Jan 08, 2009 7:41 pm

Oh, the copy machine. How I despise all its fancy little buttons.

Your challenge is to use the same picture (or a VERY similar one) more than once in a layout. That's it; no other requirements.

If you're STUCK, sometimes the best thing to do is just walk away very casually and come back later. (Not that I would ever do that! Never. Maybe once.)

Please post your layout in the "CC Cyber Crop" section of the gallery and link back to this thread.

Ohhhh...I JUST did a lo where I did this...I used a 5x7 b&w pic, then I used a 4x6 color version of the pic and cropped it tightly and put it at the corner of the pic...Hmmmm....let me look through my pics and see what I can find.

Here's mine: Draper Park Page 1
Draper Park Page 2

2 of the pictures on Page 1 are the pictures used in our Christmas card on Page 2. The 3rd picture on page 1 is taken right after the other family picture on the slide on Page 2. Got it?

Thanks for this challenge, I started working on this LO a while ago and I couldn't get it figured out.

Here's mine. I have two photos of me on the softball field. one right after the other as I was batting. Good challenge, I had no idea what I was going to do with it until I sorted through my photos and found these.

We always take lots of family photos on the holidays because its so hard to get one where everyone is smiling. I punched out the good parts of the "bad" photos and made borders around the 2 "good" shots

Here's my layout for this challenge. I used two photo that are very similar. My son Ben, hopping on his pop. These photos are 21 years old - Ben couldn't do that now.

Here's my lo. The color photo in the bottom row was the only copy I had of this pic, so I made B&W copies...one large the others near the size of the original. The quality of the photo isn't that great, but it's what I have from that time.
